Hero Army Surplus issues
So I ordered a 1982 pattern webbing from Hero's Army surplus a couple days ago. They were referred to me by another poster here on AirsoftCanada. It arrived in the mail but was very wet and still dirty (seems like they tried to hose it down before mailing it).
However they were very helpful with my order so I thought I'd order a bit more. So I ordered an M1 helmet from their site. I ordered this one: http://www.herooutdoors.com/us-milit...le-m-1-helmet/ As you can see it looks almost brand new. Instead in the mail, I received this: http://www.herooutdoors.com/u-s-mili...1-helmet-used/ Whats worse is that inside the helmet there was a broken strap and another rapidly degrading one. I called them to tell them about it and he tried to brush me off by saying it was authentic and they have copies around the same price. If I'm to return it then I have to cover the shipping as well. Which is fucking retarded because I didn't get what I ordered. I guess this is what I get for not going into an actual store. I've researched around this website and I realized that it was a huge mistake on my part to order from Hero's Army Surplus since they have so many negative reviews around here. I highly suggest no one order from them until I can get this resolved and post results. I spoke with Graham (Viperfish on this forum) from Hero's Army Surplus just now. He was very helpful in trying to help me resolve this. He seems to genuinely care about customer satisfaction and loves his job (when is he getting retailer status to post here anyway?).
