GBBR gun doc needed! Who is good?

I need a very good GBBR gun doc..not an amature but someone who actually knows what they are doing.

Here is the info..

Gun: WE GBBR SCAR-L OPEN bolt
Upgrades: NPAS, steel bolt, cnc hinge plate.

Issue: Mag is charged and loaded. Bolt is cocked..hammer releases and I hear a "CLICK" loudly ( the hammer being released)..doesn't actually fire.

What I've tried: I would remove the upper, load a Mag filled with green gas and manually cock the hammer back..when the trigger is pulled ALL the gas gets discharged! ( which is what it should do)

My guess: I think it has something to do with the bolt? The trigger mech is clearly working( hence why the gas is discharged when trigger is pulled ONLY with upper removed but I can't understand why it's not firing.

Please email me suggestions or if you are an experianced GBBR doc I'm desperate to have this thing up and running. Thanks!
