P90 shooting multiple bbs & low fps

So far I'm having two problems. I don't really know how to work on airsoft guns.

First is that the P90 is shooting like 2-3 bbs from a fresh mag everytime. It seems that if I only load around 50 bbs in one mag the problem goes away. The mag I got should hold 100 which is weird. I have 4 of them, and all of them are like this. Maybe it's because I how a 64rd than a 100rd, but everytime I accidentally over fill it since my speed loader is a 100rd loader, I get this 2-3 first shot off a fresh mag.

Second is that the fps is low, I was told that this P90 has a M120 installed by the pervious owner, also a madbull tightbore and some bucking. It's only shooting 280fps for a .25 (I don't have .20 bbs since I don't shoot them). That's even lower than factory. Although I play indoors, so that fps is great. However, I'm not sure if that will damage anything..

Any thoughts would be great.
Thanks

Change the hop up bucking, 90% of the time double feeds are caused by a worn out bucking. Also inspect the barrel for damage. The madbull python tightbores are coated, and if they get scratched then they're useless.

With perfect air seal a 120 spring will net you between 420-440fps so yes, it's definitely way too low.

*edit* Also, worn and damaged buckings will caused air loss between the hop up assembly and the nozzle, resulting in crazy FPS drops.

thanks, do you have any recommendations on a bucking? I hope I can get it through amazon.ca or .com I looked through some airsoft stores here and they barely stock buckings...

Pretty much every retailer carries them. My personal favorites are G&G green and Lonex 50D. PDI W holds work better but you have to be more careful when installing them, if they go in crooked they're less forgiving than standard buckings.

I sell them too, PM me if you can't find one you want.
