I'm buying my UTG mp5 in about 3 weeks when I go to florda. The plan is my brother and I order 2UTG mp5's and 3 m87 shotguns from shorty's. We send them to my fathers buisness office in Tampa bay. Over there when we receive them, we disasemble them and pack them well mixed up in our luguage alond with about 5 packs of 5000 krs bb's O:

Hope you don't get strip-searched at the border. That would suck.

That's the smartest thing I've ever heard!

You know, when you disassemble them, that just makes the parts look like they are parts of real guns instead of toys. Yay for gun running!

Bahaha, and I amagine you will be flying too? Bahahaha

Yeah, that's officially the dumbest way to go about it. First of all, I won't even go into the piles of shit you get into if you get caught. Second, why pack it in luggage? Everyone knows the way to smuggle something into the country is by breaking all of the easily identified parts up (Reciever, body) and shipping them in boxes of pinball machine parts

Seriously, don't even bother. It's not worth the risk.

I'm going on vacation anyway...

Anyways you guys are right, it's not worth taking the risk of not only of loosing the guns but also getting involved in the law. I will just buy my gun off bc aisoft supp. or airsoft unit (a local dealer). And if I can't get my hands on a UTG, I'll save some money and buy a TM/Ca or isc from a local store

If you have the money I say go with the TM. You won't regret it. I still love my TM MP5 SD5 because it feels a little more solid and its just got an edge over a UTG. The trigger feel is a little better. ROF slightly higher but not really noticable...

Hey yanhchan, just wondering, is the front end of the UTG MP5 compatible with your TM MP5SD5?

Nope because the TM one is Quick Detatch and uses a different locking system. The utg has threads.

I think he's talking about the whole front end. Like converting the A4 to an SD front end. Some guys on Arnie's converted it with a cheapy CSI mp5 front end.
