BC Airsoft Supply Review (Light)

Well, what can I say that Kid's review of BC Airsoft Supply hasn’t already said. Heh, not much. Consider this more of a follow up than a review.

Service
It would seem this name has been popping up more and more over the past couple of weeks. I figured I should add to this hype with my own assertion because the service was, really, 'that good'. I mean it- Sam was in easy contact the entire time, and always eager to answer any questions we had; Phenominal response time. He put a lot of effort into making sure we received our order as soon as possible, and that the process was quick. I really can't stress enough my good experience with this guy. It's far more 'friendly' than dealing with other suppliers.

Product
As far as I know, BC Airsoft Supply and Canadian Airsoft are the only two retailers that sell UTG in Canada. Out of the two, BC Airsoft Supply's price is far better. For anyone who is interested in the UTG MP5, BC Airsoft Supply is the way to go. (Not to mention they are selling the much improved version of the MP5, compression issues resolved :-P ) The package came with the UTG MP5, 2 UTG Hi-Caps, a 1050 mAh Ni-MH battery and charger, a UTG 3-point sling, the Claw Mount, and both the A4 and A5 stocks. Sam also threw in a bag of .20g Excel BB's. Really, for $200 bucks, how could I afford not to pick it up as a project/secondary gun? The gun itself is, well, a TM clone as you may have heard. Like all things, you get what you pay for-- but I was fairly impressed! I mean it's no TM, but the performance really did suprise me. It upholds a good rate of fire and, although I have not yet chrono'd it, an apparently decent velocity. (I would assume around 270-290) As the manual states, "Spectacular Fire Power and Accuracy"... well... for the price of course. Unfortunately, unlike Kid's hi-caps, mine do only have the wind capacity of about 60-70 bb's. It's not a major downfall, just an unfortunate one. It also seems that the blazing orange tip on the UTG V2 MP5 is 'glued' in. That thing doesn't wanna come off. Overall, it's a wonderfully priced gun. It would seem that China, for ripping off a Japanese product, is finally doing it with effort.

Overall
Although BC Airsoft Supply does not carry the major company products in airsoft, their unique selection is definitely an addition to the Canadian airsoft market. They're off to a great start and, as a supplier, I see much success in their future. Again- phenominal service, Sam's a really great guy to deal with, and I would definitely buy from them again. I encourage all of you with questions to PM Sam, e-mail him, or just add him to MSN (BCAirsoftsupply@hotmail.com)

I would simply like to add that Sam is a very generous person through my conversations with him. Sure BC Airsoft Supply might be small, but like all companies, they all must start humble. Maybe your buisness would allow him to further devlop this company.

I purchased an MP5 off him. He mentioned that if i bought the MP5 (at that current time), i would have to wait until the next week for him to ship it. I paid him upfront he was true to his word. Great transaction. Class A guy. Great service!

Even though I havent purchased from Sam yet. He is very informative and very helpful. A class guy... he will always have time to answer your questions and will never leave one unanswered UNLIKE some lazy ass bastard retailers in the very far, far, far west end (im talking about VAN).
