Angry CA36K Wiring Issue-Please Help!

Ok, I just finished putting together my gearbox (big props to Raygis LasVegas for the awsome review and help!) but now my wiring is all jacked up. For some reason, I have to prop the stock CA wiring so that the gun fires. Once the gun is assembled, it just doesn't shoot. I've narrow down the issue-it's the lower tab that makes contact with the selector plate. I want to re-solder it but it seems like kind of a pain in the ass to get to. First off, there is like 1mm between the tab and the wire and it's shrink-wrapped with that rubber stuff. Any suggestions? I'm thinking of just picking up the G&P V-Stock and just soldering the tabs directly to the wiring that comes with the G&P stock (like Raygis did). Any other ideas? I don't want to fork out $30 for a new CA stock, crappy wiring setup.

Thanks in advance!
