UPGRADING a KJ M700 take down model
Wondering if this gun is worth buying (if i can upgrade it to shoot around 400fps) it's gas operated, but can anyone tell me if this gun can be upgraded at all??
thanks Jack |

Ya, a stock KJW M700 will shoot around 450fps or so using duster. Downgrading is in order. I read a review somewhere that said that take down model actually has a flow limiter in it out of the box, shoots somewhere over 300fps on duster I think, so actually buying it, leaving the restrictor in place and using propane (except over +25C days, use duster) might make it safer for new players. Still, be safe if you get it, and never shoot anyone within 80-100ft.

well, thanks for the insight boys. Thats just what i wanted to hear. If i buy a rifle i want kick. (not spend over $500 only for it to trickle out the barrel.) And skruface, dont worry bro, i've been shooting at my friends since i was 6 yrs old. Im 34 now. so yes im experienced.
thanks again guys. Jack |
