TM M4 S-system problem

Ive got a new TM M4 s-system upgraded by airsoftglobal...

Guarder SP 120/ PDI 190% Spring
G & P Explosive Bearing Piston Head
G & P Polycarbonate Piston
Systema Spring Guide With Bearing
Systema Stainless Oiless Bearing
Systema Flat Gear Set
Fuse Removal
Gear Seating
Shim Set Included
Large Range Internal System Reinforced

anyways i just picked up a new TLP TL15 charger and a G&P 9.6v 3300mah battery pack.....

....PROBLEM .....

ive charged this thing up on the logic setting it seemed to take maybe a half hour at best? anyways i plug it in and the gun made a sort of sound that seemed like the motor wanted to fire but didnt have enough juice...so i let the battery charge for about 3 hrs and tried it again, no go. i discharged the battery and recharged it now nothing happens, its as if no battery was in it at all.....this gun is BRAND NEW so i dont know what it could be....

HELP WOULD BE AMAZING RIGHT NOW, thanks

I had the same problem with my G3SG1 it was the spring it was to much for the motor you need more torque

By upgrading to a Systema Magnum motor, you will be doing yourself a favor in the trigger latency dept as well, its a worthy upgrade even if it turns out not to be your problem.

Question for you - how did you get this piece from Airsoftglobal?

Also, filling out your age and location will put people at ease to assist you here.

I will warn you that a typical Tokyo Marui mechbox will not last with a PDI 190% spring in it, and even less so with a high torque motor to accelerate the wear. You can protect it by dry firing as little as humanly possible (if you even get it working) What did airsoftglobal say about your problem?

something else to look at, was your motor lash set properly? If not the first few times you would have heard that clunk sound, but you probally blew your fuse with trying and now it won't do anything.

If you goto airsoft global it is one of their upgrade options anyways, it cant be a fuse b.c it was removed, airsoft global is taking forever b.c they want to trouble shoot everything before they get to the actualy problem, i know about the mech box problem and yes evetualy i will get a new one, as for the motor ...it should handle this.........im thinking its either disconnection of wires, bad wires im ganna strip her today when i get over the fact that this brand new gun dosnt work and stop being pissed off

by the way im 20 and im in NY ....why does that matter at all?

yep there will be several springs that may be coming at ya if you open it up. One thing I like to do is pull the motor out and reconnect the wiring to it when its out. Now depress the trigger, this will tell you if your wiring from the battery is faulty or if your having a problem with your selector/ firing assembly. If you do this and your motor dosn't go no need to open your mech box at this time. Oh and in regards to your age and loc, just gives people a better sence of how good a job you did checking stuff over and where the closest guntech is in relation to you, thats all

It matters because in Canada we (as an airsoft scene) hold a strict, self upheld 18+ policy with regards to the use of airsoft guns so as to remain as little of a nuisance to our government as possible. We don't expect a public outcry of love for our sport, so we stay off the radar and distance ourselves from obvious sources of negative publicity. Its safer that way, and because the future of airsoft in Canada might depend on it, we care - hence my mild interrogation.

Being that you are from NY says how you got anything from airsoftglobal, a HK based company. Our border customs does not allow airsoft guns into the country. Its almost certain to be seized and destroyed and at worst, a legal hassle - again, hence my asking. We do get many out of country visitors here, but without the benefit of your basic details, I could only assume you were a young Canadian flaunting the risks (importing illegally, possibly underage, uninformed upgrading, etc, etc,) and not worthy of time or advice.

With that, I hope someone can find you a solution :0)
