silencer with foam.
just to get it rite a aeg silencer only works if it's foam filled?????

It "works" when it has foam, but not in the traditionnal way. Your mechbox/pistol slide will be loudder than the BB leaving the barrel, contrairly to a real gun, so it only changes the sound signature somewhat.
On a NBB it has a significant impact, like the TM MK23, else it's 90% esthetics. |

Yes. Completely empty ones do nothing.

k thats what i thought i have been seeing allot of barrel extensions and i did not see the difference in the two.
thanks guys for clearing that up. |

in the airsoft world its also widely used to hide longer inner barrels.
