upgrading a vsr-10 pro sniper

hi all
im thinking about getting a TM vsr-10 and upgrading it my self,

first off, does any one know of a web site that shows manuals and instructions for taking apart the vsr 10 and how to install a new spring, etc?
ive had a lot of experiance upgrading AEG's but never single action guns.

second, im wanting to buy the gun and the upgade parts on a budget. so what is the bare minimum needed to upgrade the gun to shoot at 500 fps.

third, if any one can talk me through the process involved in changing the spring etc, as ive heard you have to drill into the cylinder to remove the spring? ive tried searching for guides to upgrading the vsr-10 but ive had no luck,

hope some one can help
Cheers

Thats above your countries ;ega; ;imits. It costs an assload to upgrade it to 500 fps. You need a new spring the zero trigger and piston maybe a tight bore.

Since you're in the UK, you should visit ASC UK.

http://www.airsoftcommunity.co.uk/fo...p?showforum=80

More specifically, link below.
http://www.airsoftcommunity.co.uk/fo...howtopic=49718

Most of the best VSR knowledge (in English) can be found there.

As long as he doesn't shoot anyone within 100ft, things are no different than a 400fps AEG shooting 0.25g BBs at 40ft which no one ever seems to have any problems with.

Dan, if you haven't already, register on the forum at www.airsoftretreat.com and go search VSR in the Sniper's Perch. It's an American site, and by far the most useflu of websites for upgrading various airsoft sniper rifles, and the VSR seems to be one of the more popular ones to discuss and upgrade.

As mentioned, he's far better checking a site that also covers the laws in the UK... you dont want him to break laws, do you?

reply check youtube for videos on the tm vsr-10 i found a video on how to upgrade the gun if you have no luck i will tell you here. you have to drill a hole once you takeout the bolt assembly near the cylinder head about 1 mm down once completed you can unscrew the cylinder head and empty the bolt assembly everything should slide out. then you can replace the spring.
