Motor Height adjustment? Making odd sound...
Ok so what is the proper noise im supposed to hear from my motor, right now it's running kinda loud and when it does its full cycle it makes a kinda "twang" once it's done, not just a simple smack or thud sound its supposed to make, any suggestions?

Adjust your motor in one direction and see if it gets quieter. If not move in the opposite direction until you find the quietest noise. Thats how I always do it.

When adjusting, do no more then quarter turns, then fire and see how it sounds.

You first fire a round and hear the amount of "whiny" noise before the shot is fired. This is the sound made by the motor.
then adjust it either up or down(Whiny noise can be caused by both too high or too low motor height), until you hear less whiny noise. |

Alright but what could cause the "Twang" Noise?

can't really help you, never heard of that kind of sound, probably the spring is vibrating after the shot. I've heard similar sound in a CA 36C

I agree with that. My brother has a JG 416 and it has a definate 'sproing' sound from the vibrating spring. My guess would be that a different spring and spring guide may take care of that problem.
