Problem with my G36c Gearbox!

Hi, my CA g36c's gearbox is not working properly. Firs off I put the battery in and I hold the trigger and I hear this really squeeky like sound. Then I hold the triger for 10 sec then it starts shooting, but the rate of fire isnt as fast, but it shoots far and hard. After I shoot about 5 bbs the handle (Where the motor is) gets really really hot! So I stop shooting and wait until it cools down. I try it for a second time and it still does it. So I take the gearbox apart and find out that the gears and everything spins properyl and that the motor works fine. The question im asking is what is the problem?

First, STOP SHOOTING IT

Second, sounds like it's really improperly shimmed and there's something rubbing when it's fully assembled, or it sounds like the piston is rubbing incredebly hard against the side of the cylinder. I'm willing to bet the former. Have you done any mods to it?

I didn't mod anything. Well the gears were a bit wrecked so I replaced them with new gears thats all.

I found out my gears and everything is perfect. Its the motor thats the problem. I found out that the motor is too weak and the wiring is messed. It doesnt shoot all the time when I pull the trigger and the times t doesnt shoot I see smoke rising up from the motor. So I took the motor out and I'm trying to find a new motor for it.
