Is it possible to order only that part at the end of the adjustment tool rod?
In the M14 video, he uses it to adjust the NPAS without disassembling the whole thing, which would be a time saver.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get the nozzle to move freely inside the bolt carrier on a G39? Mine was pretty good, but I wanted it better, and somewhere along the line I managed to mess it up and now the nozzle doesn't slide in the carrier very nicely, the spring won't even pull it back all the way. Any ideas?

Not in this case. I actually have two complete nozzle sets and I even tried the backup with a brand new spring, same result. It just doesn't seem to move smoothly in the bore now. I think it may have something to do with the grooves the nozzle rides in, but I have already filed them as much as I feel comfortable and it didn't do much..

I have everything put back together but my question is how tight is TOO Tight for the Delta Ring? I have the delta ring set to that there's a little play at the muzzle and RIS feels snug but with not a lot of force the RIS twists. Should I get some Blue Loctite or some Teflon tape in there first? I really don't want to repeat the same mistake but I don't want to worry about the RIS rotating in game or loss of accuracy due to play in the barrel. Oh yeah... Is normal for the new nozzle to be snug in the bolt even with some Silicone oil in there? The back seal O-ring seems a fraction or three larger than the old nozzle Thanks!

Ah thanks! Somehow I missed it.
Also, I've had an issue with my M14 last game. I think my bolt catch is starting to be worn down, but the bolt wouldn't lock back when I was out of rounds, but it would hold just fine if I just pulled back the charging handle, sorta like if the bolt catch didn't have the time to get in place when firing. Is it simply because the bolt catch needs to be changed or the spring in it is too weak? Thanks!

I'm guessing propane? I'm not too familiar with the M14 but if the gas pressure is getting low it might still have enough to cycle but It doesn't go all the way back to catch the bolt catch. I know that can be a problem with pistols in colder weather with propane. Feel free to flame.
