Hmm, nope.

The SoF turnouts have been crazy ever since Dave (gfh), Trev, and some of the guys from Danger Close have joined forces and been hosting their series of games together. Game sizes have typically been between the mid 30s all the way up to over 60 people. The cold weather has been amazing for playing. An assortment of local teams have been showing up. My team (F242) has been growing as well so we've used this event series as a sort of "hey look at us we're a new team" opportunity, to meet people and socialize. It's been awesome. Also, everyone loves some free BBQ.

Anyway, these guys know how to keep the flow going. A lot of other games I attended this year look like trainwrecks in comparison to how the guys in Hamilton are doing it. Super professional, very friendly, and they know how to iron out kinks / fix bugs in their planning instead of ignoring them. Totally worth the drive.. I'll give you guys a ping when things rev up again in January... They have some awesome stuff planned. These guys are organized.

My vest is Eagle industries. Pauls is Condor. I think that ill be playing around with a different set up. Looking for something more simple and light for OP Rhino and LZ Ottawa when we go. Ill be picking some more kit up from Miwo in the upcoming month.

What's up fellow Polaks.

A few days ago, in preparation for upgrading a fleet of AEGs to higher power throughput, I acquired a batch of AEG MOSFETs designed and manufactured by a company called GATE Electronics. When I got them in my hands the first thing I noticed was that the rear of each box had a product description in English and Polish, with the label "made in Poland". These appear to be very high performance and very nicely made.

I haven't gotten the chance to put them through their paces yet but will be soon. I got them because the reviews were good, the design is very nice, and the price is fantastic, but now I'm also pleased to be supporting a Polish export product. Check em out.
