Because 007 only sells guns that are ok to import without any license. The rest of guns you see there used to be sold there but arent anymore. So just goto the In stock section and take your pick from there. If you want full metal guns, then get age verified here. We have a huge selection of guns waiting to be brought home.

They're not the "Exact" guns.

I am not looking into importing a gun. I just would like to know why my g&g f2000 which is close to 1:1 scale is allowed to be sold in Canada when the law says you can not sell our own complete replicas Without permit or liecence etc

Under the Canadian Firearms Program, airsoft guns that closely resemble real firearms are classified as replica firearms, and prohibited. Clear plastic, miniaturized versions, or models resembling antique firearms may be allowed on a case-by-case basis [1].

lol we were due for one of these threads, it's been a while

cbsa and rcmp have stated that as long as an airsoft gun is firing over a certain fps and that it has been proven so upon importation so, that these guns are no longer replicas and are now uncontrolled firearms, meaning you do not need a permit to own or operate them.

These guns are fully legal for retailing to the general public, like you I am too lazy to go find the actual wording, but it's been posted here.

Cool research bro, it's a good thing that the guns which are legally imported are classified as unregulated firearms and not replicas.

Neat fact, eh?

Here's a spoonfeed, read this link: http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=106004

Just dont try to import any full black airsoft and youre fine. Also, dont brandish it in public. Oh, and dont say melded springs or blue noise around here.

Just some stuff to get you started on your ASC journey.

airsoft guns are not replicas
they fall into a grey area
replica = non firing prop 1:1 scale
airgun = firing over a certain fps limit
airsoft falls inbetween as long as it fire at a certain fps limit
full black guns are not illegal to own
they are not illegal to sell
they are NOT ILLEGAL
they can be imported by the average civillian as long as they adhere to stirct cbsa guidlines, now that being said it is advised against due to many "political" issue and the hassle of doing so. you may think your saving a quick buck, but then that buck goes into shipping, customs, taxes, and exchange rate.
the guns here in canada are actually reasonably priced all things considered

inb4 flaming/your wrong/what are you telling these kids etc...
that being said, any facts i may have missed or miss understood you are welcome to correct

I can't speak for Ken but this is what I think is happening. Either he actually has a BFL and works with acquiring props for movie productions (and won't retail that shit period, only rent) and such OR because of the shit that happened with XtremePrecision/APEC/Blue Seas, SpecArms, etc. he is just being very cautious and only retailing stuff that is 100% kosher.

Secondly, once INSIDE Canada, you are pretty much free to own airsoft. The only problem you will have is with IMPORTATION because CBSA has their own rules on what's admissible and inadmissible.

Also, AV is ONLY FOR THIS WEBSITE/FORUM. IT IS BY NO MEANS THE END ALL BE ALL BUT IT DOES HELP WITH YOUR SEARCHES SIGNIFICANTLY.
