I carry ten real-caps (30rd) mags for my rifle, three mags for my pistol, two grenades, a radio, 3 liter hydration pack, a dump-pouch, a .2g speed loader for the rifle and a .3g speed loader for the pistol & sniper rifle, as well as a basic first-aid pack and tool kit.

That's all on my vest.
