Yeah, seriously... I don't understand why everyone here has to suck scarecrow's dick, BB Bastards aren't even Canadian, they're sourced, no manufacturing plant for BB's in Canada to my knowledge...
My first choice is Mad Bull's and in a close second is Green devils. IMHO |

What do you do with the BB's after you plink? Do you dispose or reuse, maybe wash first?
I'm not cheap, i just hate being wasteful. I don't know how i'll feel emptying out a target box full of BB's into the trash.

Well, I hardly consider people using Bastards being sheeple. Many of us started using them because we tried a wide assortment of other brands for a significant amount of time with mixed results. I know I tried lots before I even discovered Bastards.
Once I tried Bastards, I found reliability, consistency and all of a sudden no more feed issues with any of my guns or mags. To me, that made Bastards the winner. I can't speak for the Airsoft Central ones, but Bastards do have 1 advantage that's often not considered when choosing a BB. Unlike the majority of other BBs that will shatter into small pieces when impacting a hard object (like mesh goggles), Bastards will stay in 1 piece and just deform instead.

Bottom line: BB Bastard BBs shatter like nobody's business, but in my opinion they are still the best BBs to use for purposes of testing AEGs, especially when you want to remove the BB as a factor. I give Bastards my highest vote at the moment.

Well, I guess perhaps I haven't shot hard objects enough with mine. I have had them break when striking other BBs on my old backstop as you described, but usually never in small shards like other brands. Been a long time since I witnessed this because of the different BB trap I'm using now.

I have shot mine into a rona bucket with a towel in it. Shooting in the garage.
Oh ya... they shatter all right. When they are hitting each other in the towel. |
