You should understand UNCompany's confusion if you requested "USPS." - USPS stands for UNITED STATES Postal Service.

If you said "USPS", they won't know the acronym and will read "UPS."

I wouldn't say that was wholely their fault.

If you want Hong Kong's equivalent of CanadaPost XpressPost or USPS Global Expedited, request "Speedpost EMS".

All my orders from WGC are shipped via "Speedpost EMS".
I usually get them within 5 business days, but it's all up to Canadian customs.

So just to give you guys and update. I spoke to ups today and they said that customs has turned around the package and is sending it back to UNcompany. I still have not figured out why this would happen. Naturally I am pissed as hell.

The customs inspector probably tagged one or more of your items as prohibited for import, in which case they deny entry. They alert UPS, UPS will then contact the sender to see if they'll agree to pay to have the item shipped back... I guess UNC agreed.

Seizure and destruction happens when the sender disagrees to take the item back, or the mail carrier refuses to continue handling the parcel (which would've been the case had it been guns, drugs, dangerous chemicals, etc.)

You can take a refund from UNC (minus re-stocking fee) once it returns back to them, or pay to have it reshipped and hope for better luck..

May I ask what were the exact contents?

Universal Pricing Scam (or Unlimited Parcel Search..your choice) and Fed Ex(pence) are the two worst shipping compagnie there is....

First they try to analy rape you on bogus "brockage fees"... fuck there is no need for brockage on a god damn book you morons. Second FedeX delivered a pistol slide assembly ( shipped insured with signature and a note for hand delivery only) TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, hell even their website state..."delivered to wrong adress.". Called and they said that my parcel was at the neighbors... I did not know that my neighbors where 3 FUCKING STREET DOWN and 2 stop sign away. Then they send me this nice bill tellling me that I own them 147$ of brockage fees( bill was about 300us....Basicaly told them to sitch it u[p their collective asses that they can take me to court as I refuse to pay for something like that

The contents were a systema 6.02 inner barrel and a Swat replica IBA.

Just a hunch, but since the Systema inner barrel has real steel gun designations clearly printed on it, they might have thought it was a real steel barrel...crazier things have happened.

Not necessarily, if one item is deemed prohibited (whether it actually is or not), the rest become suspect and in their eyes it's just safer to deny the whole package.
