Is your motor wires connected properly? lol.
You wont beleive how many people have brought me guns with the motor wired backwards and the gearbox jamming from the anti reversal latch lol.
Could also be a broken piston tooth jammed between the gears, or if your box has been recently opened, misplaced shims etc.

So I got it back from TWO Gundocs, first one fixed it and the second did some upgrades. Get back home, freshly charged battery waiting for me there, and locks up AGAIN. This is what it sounds like. YouTube- DSCN5954.MOV

I think the battery may be done, but i haven't had much experience with it. There's an m110 spring installed from the previous owner, and a 9.6 SHOULD pull it. I tried my brothers 10.8v and it worked perfectly, so I assume it is the battery. what do you guys think?

It is the battery.

Don't look any further. You want a new one.

Omg thank-you. I was hoping so, easy fix then. I first thought this when my battery would get too hot to touch when i did a burst of like 5-10 seconds...I was like "Something MUST be wrong with this thing."

Yeah... I got a full metal ICS rifle, fully re-built with Systema parts for 200$ before... Bought it "broken" and the motor was just put backwards.

i just had this same problem last week after taking apart my gearbox and reassembling it 6 times i got pissed off and asked a friend to help. he showed up with a cell reader and tested both of my 2 week old lipos to find they were both shot. he put his own battery on the gun and no problems ....
