Aye, usually order from HK myself, never had a problem really. Although it is good to check out the stuff thats available from retailers here on the forums, the prices are sometimes really good, and it helps the community.

Well on 20th I ordered from khmountain with EMS express shipping. 3 days after I placed the order they told me that it'll take them 3-7 days for packing (order has 3 items, not 300). Today they are telling me it has just been shipped, but will give me the tracking# "later". I think they are just lying...

KH Mountain has a wholesale program so I figured I'd give them a shot. It's been almost 30 days now, just got a tracking number yesterday, but it doesn't work....

I purchased one of those ACM grenades from KHMountain for $19.99. Shipping was only $7, so I figured something wasn't right when shipping from just about every other HK dealer is 2-3x that. It took just under a month to get my item.

I just found it weird that they shipped out the package (or so they claimed) but will give me the tracking# "later". I hear when some people do get the tracking#, it doesn't work. Hopefully that won't be the case for me.

Actually, I am from Hong Kong, I did not know that there have an airsoft company called KHMountain.

Just updating my progress here in case some of you wish to "gamble" with khmountain.
So I decided just to go through Paypal dispute, and instantly they email me saying that the package has been shipped. So obviously few days ago they lied about shipping it out already. This time they gave me the tracking number as well. Awesome. Right? No, because it doesn't work with either HK Post/EMS/CP tracking. |

They did the same thing for me. Ignored a few emails, but then immediately told me "It was shipped, but problem with our customs" once I filed a Paypal dispute.
Finally got the tracking number (TNT), it started working a few days after they provided it. My shipment is now in Vancouver. We'll see how happy I am after I have checked off the shipment. Jeff

I've bought stuff from the Asian dealers often. However, when I eventually calculate the total cost of the item, exchange rate, shipping and duties / brokerage, I find it's often not really all that much cheaper than buying stuff in Canada from a dealer (like airsoftparts.ca).
The real down side though is when you have a problem with your orders. Whether it's a defective item, missing / incorrect item, you often spend days on end corresponding back and forth with them. The better ones like Redwolf have great service and short response times from people that can actually speak English. For many of the others, you'll have multiple emails from different reps in horrid Engrish with conflicting info. It can be a real pain in the ass. Bottom line for me is this: if I need something, airsoftparts.ca is my first stop every time. If it's in stock, it gets ordered right away. If not, then I check the other Canadian sources. Only if they don't have any will I resort to ordering from Asia. Then, I usually will order a bunch of stuff that I need at once, because often it won't cost extra shipping to add a few more items to the same package. Then it becomes worthwhile to shop overseas. One exception to this is ebaybanned. Sometimes, they have crazy low prices on stuff that just can't be beat. Since shipping is free, I just have to get it there.

ANYWAYS. That's actually not why I posted in this thread. Today I got my package from Airsoft Park. I'll write a short review here but essentially the TL;DR version is: Great Retailer. So first I got the LED keychain light thing from them, it was free so why not. Great service coming to me, fast, and easy. Next I try buying a larger item this time some BDU's at $50 USD. I forgot my password (stupid me ) so I try and reset my password. It doesn't work, check spam folder, added to safe sender list and keep trying. I end up firing an email to them and they reset my password within 3 days (I emailed on a Friday night and they got back to me Sunday afternoon/evening). So far so good. I now order my stuff (the BDU's). Everything goes smoothly. I placed the order about a week and a half maybe two ago. Got here today. Looking at the package they really packed it well. Packing tape, sturdy cardboard, printed address everything is relatively professional (packaging wise) for an HK company. Opening it up took a bit of effort because the package was so well packaged and taped and stapled. Now onto the product itself. Not too great. It was cheap pricewise and this *is* an HK company so I wasn't expecting great construction quality. I got exactly what I expected and for the price that I paid I wasn't expecting more. This is great for regular clothing or light (ie. airsoft) use, I wouldn't use it doing heavy yard work or in a real war though but for what I'm using it for it was definitely worth it. I'll probably copy/paste this thread into an international retailer review thread later but for now I have to go and buy groceries and study.

Actually Airsoft Park is a China company. Apparently they drop ship items from their Singapore supplier. Nonetheless, great customer service.
