I've ordered from airsoftparts.ca and ehobby.

airsoftparts.ca has great communication and service, I've gotten my stuff pretty quickly. The cost is a little bit higher, but I know what's in stock and on hand, and I can rest assured that my package will actually arrive. Plus I like supporting Canadian businesses.

Ehobby has been pretty good, but obviously some of the replica stuff in terms of softgoods is lacking in quality compared to authentic, etc.. Service wise has been good, packages usually arrive in 7-10 business days, sometimes even faster!

I've only had one missing item in my transactions with them (missing part from actual manufacturer), and they said they will be shipping it out to me on my next order (which I've just placed). Stay tuned for results.

Ehobby Asia it probably the best, the worst I ever dealed with is airsoftproshop an ebay store the shipping is 30 dollars on almost all products and they don’t let you save shipping on multiple items and they also they say shipping is 7-14 day but that’s never true more like 20-30 days ( also they say items are located in U.S but there shipped from all around the world?)

Redwolf ids one of my favorite, buy most of my gear an parts there. They got almost every Pantac product in stock. Shipping is usually 5/7days for me. Also like their reward points (got myself a couple of fake plate and BB bags for free).

For internal I usually go with Ehobby (good price and availability)

G&G has a good customer service and good price on spare parts. Onest shipping fee too.

Also deal with EBanned and RSOV, but they're not my main supplier.

I've dealt with Airsoftparts.ca, Ehobby, Ebaybanned

Airsoftparts has good coms, amazingly fast shipping.

Ehobby has good prices, but you got to be patient

Same goes for Ebaybanned. When I received my stuff, it was still marked as "will ship ASAP" on the site.

www.opsgear.com - my item was shipped within 24h and was in my hand after 5 days
price is very reasonable but some of the product does not indicate brand
i ordered some acu pouches. looks really good on the pic but it was a Chinese clone "(made by condor) the color is off compared to issued ACU.
i paid $35 for the shipping but they are located in the US
and i noticed that they only paid 20 for the postage

7/10

2 more to add :

Airgunsource : Fast shipping, shipping a bit on the high scale, but got my stuff in less than a week.

Wheeler (CP Gear) : Great coms, they informed me every step of the way about progression of my order, fast shipping, good prices for stuff and freight. Even got a small handwritten note in the package. Recommanded.

I can vouch for wheelers too. Their building is a 15 min drive from my house :P
Best gear I have EVER owned. I still use the backpack I got in grade 6 from them, I am now in college, thats 7 years of heavy text books and not a simgle problem! I also still have my backpack that my parents got me from there when I was in kindergarden! Also no problems and used on a weekly basis.

On a more AS related vouch - I have many pouches and a veriaty of other stuff from them that I can only give the best reviews.

Customer service is top notch, may be a little pricey but the items deserving of the cost.

Ebaybanned Taking forever

It has been three weeks and ebb still has not sent me a working tracking number. I emailed him twice and he tells me to "be patient the order will come".

is this typical for them?

Well, for me - WGC has been awesome. I've placed about eight different orders through them without issue, and the longest I had to wait was a week and a half for the goods to get here. They seem to have a more diverse selection than a lot of other retailers.

Redwolf is a close second and I've placed about six different order with them. While navigating their site is just as finicky as WGC's - their prices do seem to be a little higher sometimes, but mostly they don't have the selection WGC does. That said, if I've come across an item that I'm looking for more details on, hands down Redwolf almost always has what I'm looking for in their item description.

Because I tend to place large orders (not just stuff for me, but for several others on my team as well) I'm always looking to save on shipping, so I try and consolidate an order to one vendor or the other instead getting hosed on shipping from multiple vendors.

I've used Hobby City before for batteries, and while I was impressed with the performance of the Zippy Pack LiPos they sent me, it took them a couple of months to make the things (they were out of stock when I ordered them, and back ordered). However, despite the wait the price and the shipping were reasonable.

I recently placed an order with RSOV, so we'll see how that goes...

As for gear, well our team has it easy that way using the old O.D. CF Combat Uniform and 82 Pattern Web-Gear. We have a couple of sources on Mod 1 and Mod 2 Jump Jackets, though we can still fabricate some of our own items (like helmet covers etc.) as we have the last Bolts of the original Canadian DPM Material.

Anyhow, this is an interesting thread and there are some retailers out there I'm not so hesitant to try now by virtue of some of the positive experiences you guys have detailed - Thanks!!

Cheers!!
Brian

just got half of my original order from EBaybanned and they said "to save taxes you will receive the second part of your order separately". the tracking number did not match the one they sent to me originally.

So in a nut shell, I guess you will get what you paid for, but be prepared to have little to know tracking or communication about your order.

Easiest thing is to start a Paypal dispute to give them a kick in the ass.

I haven't had a problem with the major HK guys. WGC, Den, Redwolf and UN. I will but have yet to try, Gunner airsoft, boomarms, Cobra, and RSOV.
