Question, I know SEAL's pretty much wear what they want but, does anyone know what hikeing boots are most popularly used by froggmen these days? Also I don't really see the PEQ2 being used anymore in recent pics of SEALS have those been totally phased out in favour of the PEQ/15?
next question, what kind of pen is used to put those blue rack numbers on the Mk18's? Thanks.

PEQ-15's enable the user to sight in the laser during the daytime as the wind and elevation dials are shared between the visible and IR laser units. The PEQ-15's design also allows for easy "thumb over" access when handling the weapon making it an obvious winning design over the older PEQ-2. The blue pen is any oil/acrylic based pen. I wear Salomons and they are amazing. I have the Sector Mid GTX. While they are black/grey, I have seen photos of seals wearing black hiking shoes/boots as well.
Does anyone know what goggles frogmen use?

That information can easily be found by researching photos.

The thing is, I am not an expert in identifying gear. I was hoping one of you guys with all the SEAL expertise could help me out.
Thanks milan. any other goggles they are using? X800s still popular? or revision locust?

I seen couple of older pictures (2009-2010) of seals wearing regular ESS googles. In one picture, one was wearing turbofans.

Then your best option is the Blackhawk HPFU
