I haven't taken a close look at that pic, but the barrel just looks like it's seen use, their colours seem to change throughout their life when they're subjected to heavy use in various climates.

I don't know much of any sciences behind that, just what I've noticed on some guns.

Fucking beautiful. I got rid of my WE. I kept all the C8 and C7 parts, BUIS, TRI-AD, Stock and my Elcan of course.

Built a C7A1, minus trades. I'll be looking to rebuild a C8 in the next year, but I'm thinking I might stay AEG, or, if I go WE again, it'll be a CO2 build. Those 16 inch barrels are a MUST in terms of looks

Small change on the old WE mid length. (thanks Santa!)
9" Omega rail , I like that it uses the existing delta ring so it can be swapped out relatively quickly back to regular mid length handguards.

That looks like it'd be a dirty CQB Machine.

Nice gun RITZ. Those VLTOR tankers are so nice I went and scooped one myself.

I did a lot of work, front wired and put a folding stock on it to make it even more compact.

I got all the origional stock parts and buffer tube if you need!

Pics to come..

I need a new optic. That one barrely stays on its rail, let alone holds zero. $10 is $10 bucks though lol I'll likely replace it with an OP SRS

That paint job turned out really nice. Looks like something you would see in a video game. Bad-ass.

Looks awesome. do you have a second upper as well?

on the topic of uppers

Does anybody know what other brand uppers are compatible with King arms?
I don't care for the "working bolt catch" function, just want a CQB upper.

Thanks! There's a lot of paint of there lol every once in a while I toss another layer in there, but in keeping it this time. I'm painting a buddies gun, so that should quell any painting urges I might have

Edit: yep! It started out as a cqbr. I'm in the process of ordering a second RIS II for it, to match. I hate delta rings..

I can tell you the following brands are not compatible - G&P, VFC, G&G.
