2008 to 2012 is quite a broad period... There's been MANY changes in the kits throughout that time. I suggest to choose a more specific year

New weapon sling

For years, Marines have complained about the standard three-point combat assault sling used on service rifles, with many buying an alternative option. Marksmanship officials addressed that by adopting the Vickers Combat Applications two-point sling, made by Blue Force Gear, of Pooler, Ga.

The two-point design allows Marines to better stabilize their rifles while firing, Wade said. It’s unlikely that the Corps will roll out a new sling for every Marine all at once, but it will become the recommended option when battalions order new gear.

The Vickers sling already was adopted as the new standard for the M27 after 1st Battalion, 3rd Marines, out of Marine Corps Base Hawaii — the first unit to deploy to Afghanistan with the IAR — recommended it this summer. New deliveries of the weapon, made by Heckler and Koch Defense, now include it, said Robert Reidsma, who oversees the IAR program for HK.

That's the exact sling I have! Padded version, best sling I've ever owned even though it's only for airsoft

Canteen dead center on the RRV makes no sense at all. Swap the shingle in the canteen place.

CIRAS looks good though

Assuming he's a right-handed shooter, drawing mags from the extreme left adds time to the reload. Better to draw it from centre body as close to the mag well as possible.

Plus the left-most mag will be an armpit draw

Nice to see the woodland loadouts. What are they using for LBE's, looks like the good old FLC.

Finally, a Crye G3 combat shirt in woodland available sans trousers:

I think I'll pick one up--when they update the site to allow size selection, that is.

Two shot from my photoshoot for Gear Whores Quebec (http://www.facebook.com/GWQuebec) that I'm runing with Jowade and Bill. Photoshoot taking in a studio with my brother. I know there's some ''lack'' of precision like the Manta and the Canadian flag, but all my stuff is FSBEII. Also, it was my last day with my 6 month's beard... RIP

Anyway, enjoy:

Hope you'll like it.
