My first gun was a KWC M9 springer I bought in 1997. Just bought as a showpiece. Had no idea there was a game of airsoft at the time. I had been an air gun collector in the past, and this looked MUCH better than any pellet gun I had till then. And waw

Jump ahead to fall 2007. I was still clueless about the existance of this sport. But I saw a Double Eagle AK47 at the local army surplus store. Had to have it. Then discovered the sport.

So at that point, I wanted to get involved. My first 3 guns (got them all within a couple of days of each other) were a TM M4A1, CA M15A4 rifle, and KJW M9.

The M4 was junk, TM or not. Didn't last a week before shit started breaking. Never saw a single game... Basically scrapped it and used a few of the parts to build another gun - a C8A3. The CA became my main gaming gun... Still is to this day. The KJW M9 also is still going strong and has been with me for many games....

First GBB's: KSC Glock 18c and TM Sig P226, both were upgraded out of the gate, both failed within the first 8 months from extreme OVERUSE....(as i was just discovering how awesome this stuff was, I was running 4-5 mags PER DAY!!!!!! ...until they both broke...lol)

My first AEG was a massive pile of non working shit = CA G36C ..never again...

My first AEG was, and only some oldtimers might remember this one, an Academy L85, followed by an Academy MP5. Traded them both in for a TM M4 back in 2000.

My first airsoft gun was a MP5 PDW. Pretty good starter gun, but then I wanted something better, lol.
My first GBB was a TM Desert Eagle. Man that was a sweet gun.

My first gun was bought off craigslist before i knew the sport existed was a TM 733, the guy had two for sale that one and a cheap m4 (cant remember the brand but it was black but it was a cheapie) I really wanted the cheap one since it was only 200$, the TM was 350, way more than i really wanted to spend.(still awesome deal back in 2007) The guy informed me that the cheap one was sold, i took the plunge and got the good AEG without knowing about TM's. Probably one of the best decisions in my airsoft career!

G&G UMP in 2004 or 2005. It was awesome. I don't like big weapons, so it was a good fit for me. I also loved the construction of the body. I traded it away later and have regretted it ever since.

Moved on to a JG HK416 that I was afraid would suck, but it was actually awesome. The plastic body was a little cheap looking, but the gun performed well and I really liked everything else about it. Ended up selling it when I didn't go out and use it for awhile and needed some spending money. The person who has it now has painted it and it looks great.

I now have two Cansoft guns, as you can see in my sig.

my first gun was an Aftermath Lycoan wich performed quite well. Although it is now a loaner gun it is still kicking after 1 and a half years of play.
