The one thing that I did find with the cylinder head is that the metal nozzle thats on it is held in with plastic which broke and my cylinder head nozzle was "floating" inside the plastic nozzle which caused an air leak and much lower FPS (250fps with a PDI 140). I've since changed it with a guarder double O-ring cylinder head which is all metal, and is now firing at 366fps.

310-320 out of the box, the only real weak point I found so far was that cylinder head. But then again I've done so much modding and tweaking to mine, the only original parts are the body and the gears, pretty much every thing else has been changed. Not that there was anything wrong with them, I just didn't want another M4 out with all the other M4's.

Friend ordered a JG G36C and I got to see it on Monday. Shoots 365-370 very consistently according to my chrony, body is pretty nice (plastic seems on par with TM) although seam lines were slightly larger. Internally, plastic bushings, plastic spring guide however there are CA gears.

The bad though was it had an electrical problem that affected the gun's shooting consistency, took me quite a bit of time to find out where the problem was. Will post a review with pictures shortly but thought some of you might like an update.

I've asked the same question to BIGMEDECIN and here what he wrote:

I ordered a set of mid-cap king arms mags for it, unfortunately there are very close but do not feed due to the mags BB feed well being slightly lower, not allowing the hop chambers tube to push the BB holding latch open to feed BBs, but it is only by about .005-.010 of an inch, I intend to build a brass ring that will press over the hop chamber extending it so it will go further into the mag, then all TM M-14 mags will work, as so should the Chines mags.

thephenom do you happen to know if the Maruzen L96 mags will work with the Chinese version? When you get a chance, take some pics and post a review of it. I'm sure there are more people interested in that thing.

Does it shoot at ~460FPS as advertised?

My camera skills are far from l33t, but I'm going to compare it to my friend's L96 maybe this weekend. I'll compare the mags also. The chinasoft mags are uber plastic-ky and light. Not sure if the Maruzen one is the same, but I'll check also.

Can't say for sure, but it seems to shoot faster than all my AEGs (I have 2 that are in 370-400 range), and it's shoots slower than my stock KJW M700. So I'm guessing it's not far from the advertised speed.

The JG M4 that I got from them last week shoots constantly at 373fps with .20's, but mine also had a small electrical problem as well, it had a short that caused the fuse to blow. One of the gun plumbers in the team I'm with found it and fixed it, he also removed the fuse system. Oh, and it came with a bright orange flash hider, and the allan screw that holds it on was apoxied over so as to make it really hard to get out.

i believe the guns one will buy from them will have an orange tip, since their supplier is located in the states.
