i officially hate ehobby asia
So I ordered a G&P steel VLTOR front sight from ehobby asia. When it arrives, this is what I see:
1. There is a huge ass hole drilled at the bottom 2. It is a cheap china clone that doesnt even resemble the G&P one 3. The G&P cardboard thing is not even there, and it has been opened. I emailed ehobby asia and they told me that their gun smiths open the packages to test the fitting on the guns and then they return it back. The customer service said that if i return it, he will reimburse me the shipping cost IN THE FORM OF A STORE COUPON. First off, they made the mistake, not me, so if they are going to reimburse me, it should be credited back to my PayPal account. So i relunctantly said "fine", because ill probably buy from them again. Today, i went to canada post to ship back the POS, and the only shipping method they had by air mail was $59. When i scanned on the receipts and tracking, ehobby asia said they will not pay for it because the shipping cost is too expensive and they will just return my POS package right back to me. So I just wasted $59 right there. I am so mad right now, I am furious. I will never purchase from them again and I advise you NOT to purchase from them. Their customer service is horrible. |

I agree. I got shafted on a peq 10.8v battery that was defective. They said they would exchange it for mne but I had to pay the $49 air mail cost. Suddenly my great deal on a battery cost me $50 more. Avoid these crooks.

You should have ordered from DEN trinity..... Their price are usually lower, since they are the supplier of retailers in HK like redwolft, ehobby, wgc, .... And they give exact shipping quotes too, not those pverpiced ehobby automatic shipping quotes....

DENTRINITY = best IN PERSON customer service EVER. i can only imagine how it would be online.

... I find Dentrinity to be awfully over priced with shipping quotes that GREATLY exceed Ehobby or Redwolf's... and they're slow as hell to get anything out the door.

Hmmm, I don't mind ehobby - all my orders have been fine so far... large ones at that. Three so far? Or maybe it was just two. But yes, I have to agree with Palucol, the automatic shipping quotes are WAY above what the actual cost of shipping must be to ehobby.

LOL this is why I like Redwolf, they're fast and easy to communicate with.
I got a wrong part from them, I offered to ship it back, but they said keep it since the cost of shipping it back would cost the same as the part itself. And they sent me the right part. |

Just go with a trusted member of the community next time they do a group order. I usually go with Illusion or Jugglez. They don't deal with crappy retailers like ehobby.

+1 Redwolf service and product selection is top drawer. Havent ordered from ehobby yet and now likely won't. Thanks for the heads-up.

but the search function on the DEN website is awful.... Really confusing..... and the communication was really good, and they shipped my order in under 24 hours after receiving my payment..(and this is recent, it was 2weeks ago....:P) but +1 to group ordering! Canadian shipping is way cheaper..... |

I have also a complain about ehobbyasia.com.
A couple of weeks before I contact them asking them about an order and they didn't answer at all. Then I received another order I had put and I found that one of the items was not what the description was saying.I wrote another email wich included my complains about the wrong item and the first mail I said before.I also added the word "complain" in the topic. They answered and offered a solution to me but since then 0 I contact them again and they haven't reply yet. It's been 2 weeks now and I am fed up with this. I am not sure I will buy from them again...
