TSC Steel AWSS Internals
I ordered a Steel TSC hammer and sear from airsoftparts last week and was instantly told "zomg TSC is teh shit and doesn't fit", so I feel I must say, Either they have improved, or I got lucky, because the TSC parts for AWSS SCAR and M4 all fit PERFECTLY, drop in with no modification whatsoever
short review? I know, not much to say, but there are no issues with the parts, they are pretty cheap, just buy them already >.> |

I got the firing pin set and it doesn't really fit properly. It gets stuck if you tighten it a lot.

what are you tightening?
I've installed all the TSC internals into a spare trigger assy, hammer sear, drop in firing pin kit and the uni directional fps adjustable thingy, and everything slipped in like it belonged( І was worried as uni-directional tingy had threads sticking out the back of the bolt carrrier but no problem with it impacting on anything) I read the post I think the guy said something like " for Gods sake don't buy TSC" never said what parts or problem he had except fitting issue maybe. I'm not usually lucky so I just assumed that mine works fine and so would everyone elses, maybe yes maybe no I guess I have it in my scar

I'm tightening the two screws that hold down the firing pin assembly on my 416.

First off...that's just about the laziest review I've ever read.
On topic, I've bought TSC parts for a WA-GBBR and had fitting issue. The through hole for the sear was undersized and needed to be reamed out. Not much, but enough to set it up on a drill press. I've had to mod lots of different parts from lots of different manufacuters....just a fact of life when mixing and matching brands. Better that something be oversized than undersized. Tys |

Really? Hammers do fit?
I will get one soon than. The drop in firing pin and part 66 fit in perfectly for my SCAR. |

if you just get the hammer it will wear out the pot metal sear though, and the trigger too, but I have yet to replace my trigger with a steel one
