AscMart Problem

I just got my package this morning that I ordered from AscMart couple weeks ago. Had been waiting my order for a long time and finally got in my hands. However, after I opened my parcel, there was only one "Molle M16 Single Mag Pouch - Khaki" in the box(which I ordered two of them from AscMart, $17.99 each without tax and shipping). After that, I sent them two messages early afternoon and tonight, haven't got any responses from them yet. I expected the top notch services from them because this is the first time I deal with them, but the long waiting and miss item.........so disappointed. I don't know I will deal with them again because their poor services...

Give it some time dude, mistakes and shipping errors happen to the best of retailers

Im sorry to hear you had a mixup with an order placed through them, But usually its good to give alittle time to respond to you. Have faith Im sure they will help you in rectifying the issue for you.

yeah, I asked a question about the speed of an order i did a while ago and why they don't disclose their location on the website. Never got a reply. Was not impressed.

ASC mart is a more than trust worthy retailer. If anything they are busy.
You'll get reply if not the rest of your order in short order.

And for their location they are located in toronto. They dont do pickup orders.
Witch is why they dont advertise their address.

Yeah I gathered that considering the shipping origin was Downsview. It would of helped beforehand though because I could of bought from a closer retailer. And busy isn't a valid excuse for non-response. I obviously have a biased view of them but still.
