Disassembly help, wires stuck.

Hey, ok... I need help.

I have a CA M15A4. I recently did all the research online needed to be able to disassemble it. I watched many videos and tutorials on how to do it but still can't manage.

I managed to separate the upper and lower receivers but they won't come apart totally. This is because the black and red wires don't want to fit through the tiny hole of the upper receiver at the back of the handguard/delta ring area.

They seem to be stuck between the hole and the hop up assembly. No matter how much force I put, they will not budge. I am scared to apply more force. In all the videos I've seen they just slip through. Why are mine getting stuck?

Please help!!

Thanks,
Sindagon.
