The guns will most likely get seized. Everything else should be fine.

you might be lucky in suitcasing the items back.

i'm aware of a whole airsoft AK that went to Canada in a suitcase.

was a couple of years ago though.
might be easier than posting back.

You can BUY airsoft guns in Canada, but it's still a major pain to bring them in yourself.
You're better off buying new guns once you get here

With the decade anniversary of 9/11 coming up, that will probably be the worst idea in the world to put an AK into a suitcase and bring it into an airport. The Government will own your asshole for a year.

It's very strange to see a retailer from hong kong suggesting to pass an airsoft gun in a suitcase... Should you know importation rules better than that?

That's one of the reasons a lot of peoples on ASC won't buy from EhobbyAsia any more...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it legal IF it fires between 407-500 fps?

To be precise, it's seven years you will be put on to a red flag list, if you are caught misdeclaring imported goods, failure to declare, or attempting to import prohibited/restricted/controlled items without the appropriate permits and declaration. It will make traveling anywhere out of the country pretty exciting for the next seven years...

This does not include fines/duties/taxes associated with your particular case if you are caught and found guilty of any of the above. Each case is different, and your mileage may vary.
