There is a pin that holds the trigger assembly in place (it passes through the frame) you need to remove it and pull out the assembly in order to re-hook the spring into place. You shouldn't need to take it apart any further than that. Just make sure to study where and how everything is before you take it apart. I used to own that gun and I had a very frustrating evening the first time I decided to take it apart for a cleaning and re-lube.
@ Thadius: To make a thread you simply find the section most relevant to your topic enter it and click the "new thread" button. Then you enter the secret passcode: 60241wowreally, follow the command prompts to download the ASC "new thread" program (shouldn't take more than a few hours), a few simple lines of HTML code later and you're good to go. ASC rules are that we can't tell you where to buy guns or parts unless you are age verified and the thread is in the restricted age of majority section. If you only need a few small parts it won't cost you $400 especially if you just want stock replacement parts. Pistol parts are generally not sold in "kits". Try finding an exploded diagram and search for the parts via part number. Last edited by Kozzie; March 3rd, 2012 at 09:08.. |
