Legal Issues
Hey guys, I'm looking for some info about airsoft guns having to be tinted or black or whatever... I've heard that a gun that's lower than 430 fps with .2's has to have a tinted lower receiver to get into the country and everything else can be black, I've heard that the coulor doesn't matter as long as you can get it into the country (and I've heard lots of different things about importing too) and lots of other random things from sources that I thought were reliable. If someone would help clear that up for me that would be awesome.

Sticky, pretty accurate still, in this forum section. Get reading. 366fps-507fps is the importable range. Full black is legal. etc. http://airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=51609 Last edited by HackD; August 17th, 2012 at 21:18.. |

You have heard wrong. Unfortunately, that's all I can help you with since you need to be age verified to know any more.

I thought airsoft guns are exempt from being prohibited if they are considered uncontrolled firearms, or is this info AV`d only.
