Why don't you just call them and ask?

I would be hesitant to call up a retailer and ask "hey, there's this forum on the internet with discussions about the products you sell. I don't suppose you have any power to give me special permissions on that website, do you? Much less have even heard of the forum?"
I've read enough threads to know that TA staff are active on these boards (even bought some gear off one in the classifieds), but OP might not know that. |

I know there is the Regional Representatives list, but is there a separate Commercial Operators list? Then people would know which stores/fields do AV on a drop-in basis - i.e. Destination Verifying.
For example, I didn't find Toronto Airsoft on the list, even though people say you can get verified there. I do see other shops mixed in (e.g. Select Paintball). |

Go to Toronto Airsoft (call ahead and make sure the AV'er is in for the time/day you're dropping in).
...or drop by TTAC3 later Friday night (Dupont and Ossington...9pm until....depends, usually 11-ish-12). Brian McIlmoyle (ASC name as well) is an AV'er and will definitely be there (very rare that he's not). Never hurts to PM. |

Anywhere from a couple hours to 3 weeks depending how the powers that be feel (it's done in batches). That is assuming you got your info taken down correctly.
Typical time is about 1-2 weeks.

Given that it's the holidays, expect a bit more of a delay.
