unfortunately the resources of the community in terms of where and how to buy guns is restricted to AVed members only, those are the rules of this website. You may find other communities that aren't as strict in that regard, but that's the way things are run here.

As for the particular models you are looking for, I don't think there is a blow back p99 on the market... if there were one, I would have bought one. :P

There is a non blowback co2 p99 but it's pointless to have a nbb pistol imo. You can google for that yourself, whether or not you can find one in canada, that's highly unlikely.

there are some canadian companies that sell ppks such as skeleton side arm. their quality is around kwc level but overall dosen't seem that bad. i would suggest getting AV'D cause getting exotic pistols kinda require that....

Blowback P99 are not hard to find but I dont know if the quality is good...

The Maruzen P99 is a good gun, but good luck finding one.
