TM P226 E2 Double Action Trigger Problem
So ive had this gun for a couple of months now, but its been bugging me recently. My double action doesnt return back when ever i press the trigger. What i mean by that is for example, a normal p226, when the trigger is pulled, it will return back to its original position and can be pressed again with the hammer activating. For my gun, i have to manually push the trigger forward so that it will return into its original position so the double action will occur. It doesnt really affect the guns shooting, but i did notice that i had to have hop up on atleast 1/4 or else bb's would just fall out the barrel(which i have done some reasearch and some guns do that). The Decocking leaver does work though... if i racked my slide and clicked the decocking leaver, it will put the trigger into the double action position. Anyways, any help would be awesome, and if you guys need a video to demonstrate what i am talking about, ill gladly put one up. THANKS!

I'm not familiar with the E2, but my 226 is an DA/SA. The trigger will function like a Double Action if the hammer is not cocked, such as on first shot after removing from holster. After that, the trigger should fire like a Single Action with all subsequent shots unless the hammer is decocked.
A video might help to describe what you're experiencing as I just tried to push my trigger forward with the hammer cocked and it wouldn't budge.

Pretty sure he means his trigger spring is not working correctly. Sounds like you need a new trigger spring. As for the hopup, you that's fairly normal.

is it hard to replace my trigger spring? and yes the symptoms are that when the hammer is not cocked, it will not do the double action.
