R Hop M249
So since the m249's use a different style of hop up chamber, I was interested to hear if anyone on the boards has put a R hop in one and if they had to modify the stock hop up to work with a different nub. Or can you get enough even pressure on the patch for it to work right. Was thinking of using piece of a pen tube or something similar in rigidly and possibly a bit thicker. Plan on an IR hop this week and want to know if IM in for some trouble.
Thanks opcorn: |

Not Eye Safe, Pretty Boy Maximus on the field take his picture!

I've done it to my G&P, but that uses an AUG chamber
you should be able to do it with a CA chamber, but you need even pressure across the R-hop, can't use regular nubs. |

That's what I want to hear Doc, doing it to the same gun. Do you know if he had to mod the hop up unit (eg. drill larger hole where nub goes) or what he used for the nub? Thanks a ton
