So I have been lurking on this forum for many years and could not find any information on this topic. Anyways my question is should the upper receiver on an ak74/47 wobble to some extent naturally. Looking at it from a structural standpoint there is not a lot holding it perfectly in place on the sides but a decent amount on the front portion and rear portion. Anyways I was wondering if this is natural or not.

Most airsoft AKs will have some wobble with their dust cover ("upper receiver"). Usually, the better the make, the less wobble there is. That being said, you can very easily add a small piece of rubber to the underside of the cover with some glue that will keep it from wobbling. Also, replacing the rear "dust cover release button" with a new or better quality one can help eliminate a fair bit of wobble too.
