PX4 Mag Release
Hey all.
So I have an upgraded PX4 and it's super nice, but the only thing that's driving me nuts is the mag release; it's too damned small and close to the frame to depress easily especially when wearing gloves. Perhaps my google-fu is seriously lacking, but I can't find any aftermarket extended PX4 mag releases designed for the TM frame (or airsoft). Would a real steel PX4 mag release button work? (Probably not right...?) If those don't exist or work, does anybody have suggestions for extending the mag release short of pulling it out and slapping some JB Weld on it to make it bulge up away from the frame? If other PX4 owners have the same issue/annoyance with the mag release that I have, please let me know, because it might be that I just suck and need to get good... Thanks! I think the real steel one looks exactly like the airsoft one.
Unfortunately I haven't seen an extended px4 slide stop... Only smaller. |

I don't think one exists. I don't find it an annoyance so I haven't gone looking for alternatives. You could try JB welding something on, that's pretty creative.

Oh my bad I totally misread that...
I've noticed that too and I don't even wear gloves. The first px4 had that problem and I had to take it out and clean out the frame so that it would glide better. The gunk inside the frame would sometimes prohibit the release from returning to default position sometimes but no I haven't noticed it a nuisance yet... |

I pulled the mag release out and blobbed some JB Weld on it this morning. It looks, feels, and works really well now
