Ares m4 CQC

I have a ares m4 CQC with a polar star G3, V2, I was just wondering what barrel would be a good idea for an upgrade ?

r-hop promy. get in touch with pestobanana. I have a used r-hop from him that shoots .32's out to 220 feet and that's with the gun being chronoed at 247 fps measured on a .2 (she is an otherwise internally stock ak aeg). I will actually be putting my jack v3 in the aforementioned gun sometime this week as well.
