Was thinking of getting the KJ700, but gas does't adder to me due to temperature changes in Canada. Does anyone have the UTG SNIPER already?

First, as soon as something is called the "ultimate" it is not.

Second, Arnies did not review it, it was UTG own marketing crap that was posted in their "ad" that was sent out as a press release.

Third, this gun goes for <$100 USD while the considered norm/quality rifles are >$200 USD. You will be getting what you pay for.

Actually, there was a review on Arnies from a long-time member of the forums... there was spiel from the UTG marketing board, but that was seperate. It doesn't appear that bad, but as the guy said, 'It's certainly no VSR'.
