Cylinder and piston upgrade help
Hi I?m new to the sport and slowly learning
During the bull crap covid ive decided to upgrade my gun So far I?m fully upgrading my gearbox and evething in it I got 13/1 shs gears Prometheus gearbox Jefftron leviathan trigger Any ideas on a piston / cylinder. Combo |

really any piston should be fine as long as it has a metal rack, for piston head and cylinder head, you will want ones with double o-ring. as for cylinder, cant really go wrong with a non ported, as long as you adjust your spring accordingly (cutting coils to achieve desired velocity)

First tip, don't fully upgrade it. Replacing parts that work well together with a hodge poge of random parts of varying specs and quality is asking for trouble. If your cylinder, cylinder head and piston head give you a perfect seal together do not replace them. Also, a metal rack on the piston is a mixed bag. Yes, its tougher, but if sonething goes wrong, your gears are likely to get damaged. Pistons are cheap, good gears are not.
