The 5th Column (Inter)National Airsoft Organization

Just wanted to introduce you to our organization. We approach airsoft a little more creatively than your average special forces themed teams. Seems like those kind of teams are a dime a dozen (no offense). Our team was started by some friends who went to college together but then jobs and other opportunities caused us to part ways. We decided to form a team with "Chapters" nationwide. Our team lays very low normally due to our approach to airsoft. We create a website whenever one of our chapters is recruiting. Currently we have chapters in Co, Oh, Ut, and Va. We are looking to create a Canada Chapter, if interested please e-mail the_5_thcolumn@hotmail.com. When we aren't playing airsoft for fun, we do it with the military. Check out our site here:http://www.freewebs.com/the5thcolumn/index.htm. If you do go to our site PLEASE read the frontpage before moving on.

Time to come back to the real world, I think....

Not a very good message to send to other airsofters, especially up here who don't know who you are. First impressions are unforgettable.

Seems awful childish and immature, not to mention the line of reality and make believe seems a little blurred to you and your team.

You will protect your identity at all times. It is better to abort a mission than to give away your true identity.

You will not fraternize with the enemy. When they see you they may attempt to stop the game and discover who you are. Do not speak to them. Wait for them to start the game again and then engage. If they throw a baby like temper tantrum at the fact that we are there and got the drop on them, you will shoot the nearest enemy player (within the appropriate engagement distance) in the crotch and then run like hell to the extraction point.

You are never to reveal yourself to anyone online via pm's, emails, public forums or private forums. Our organization is double blind. You will never learn my true identity. You may work with fellow brothers and sisters in airsoft arms whom you will never know their real names or faces. The trust will be there. It will work because everyone will have plausible deniability and everyone is working towards the same goal. This technique has proven effective in the other states we have enacted it.
I think you're right, they are a cult.

What a bunch of pussies. If anyone shot me in the nuts for asking who someone is, or to try and be friendly, they'd get a good solid punch in the throat.

I know some people take airsoft a little too seriously, but this is just ridiculous.

Your team concept is bonkers but I really like your name.

NEWS- the word originates from the four headings on a compass and where an attack was coming from

1N orth
2E ast
3W est
4S outh

But a fifth direction had to be considered, being attacked from within.
I guess 6th column stands from without?
