Deutsche Fallschirmjäger
Hi guys
Some people know that since 1 year, I'm working on a fallschirmjäger impression. It's almost finished, I just need to get the smock. Here are some pictures I took today. Please DON'T polluate the thread with some stupid things like : " german are bad or are you nazi?" Please note that I'm not nazi and I'm not affiliated with nazi movement or something close to that. My Goal : REENACTMENT !! Thanks Last edited by Cheese; August 28th, 2007 at 09:34.. |

That's an awesome impression you've got there Cheese! I hope you can attend our WW2 game on Sept 8th.
I see you finally got your gas mask bag. Do you have a smock on order? I know someone who can get them for a great price. |

very nice and authentic looking!! too bad you dont have an FG-42. you dont get much more Fallschimjager than that. it was basically exclusively used by them only. very nice though!!

hhehe you are right, I forgot to fill the pouches, I was a little bit excited. At the moment, Top's low caps are very hard to find, I will try to insert some pieces of woods.

Wow Cheese, we've been talkng about this for some time, but seeing it like this is quite impressive. Congrat on your dedication mate!
I think that kind of force me to hop in the WWII Impressionwagen. As soon as I get some extra cash. The hardest part will be to decide whether I go Axis or Allies on this. Great stuff Cheese. JV

The CF boots look very very similar to the ones used by fallschirmjäger. So similar that I don't see the reason to spend money in that. Anyway, fallschirmjäger boots are very, almost impossible, to find.

I think he's supposed to be an early war Fallschirmjäger (Battle of Crete), so no FG42.

Looks very nice! Just don't go around telling people you are a "Deutschen" fallshirmjaeger, that is feminine plural. Deutsche Fallshirmjaeger would be better.

^ heh, I thought this too but wasn't sure if I should say something :P
Your kit looks very impressive. I'm assuming that it's not real WW2 surplus, so I'm kind of curious as to where you got it. |
