Ear protection for IBH

what sort of ear protection could be found for the IBH. I play cqb all the time, and i'm not gonna march in there with exposed ears, but the IBH does look really comfortable and light.

so lets hear it,

do you protect your ears when you play airsoft in an IBH, and if so, how so?
