Question G&G M4 vs. JG M4

I want to know what the difference is between the G&G M4 and the JG M4. They are about the same price but which is better quality? I thought G&G was a better brand but they are the same price. I just want to know which is recomended.

I would recommend the G&G M4 because it is a bigger and more well known brand and also i saw that cabelas has the JG M4 for $200 now and Buyairsoft still has it at $300

Do you have experience with the G&G? The review said it has bad compression.

Out of the box the G&G (depending on the line/grade) shoots roughly 300-310 fps out of the box. But their quality control and build material are very good, they even designed some of their own systems ie. the blowback models mp5 and m4.

While the JG on the other hand uses a cloned systema gearbox and has very high quality parts even though it is a china clone company. Even their quality check is getting better and out of the box the JG's usually shoot about 370-400fps.

As far as I know JG are China-Made clones, G&G is a Taiwan based manufacturer, and are quite separate from one another. Where are you getting your info from? What factories did you visit?

I'd take a G&G over a JG any day... "Cloned Systema Gearbox" means NOTHING. Systema gearboxes are good because Systema adheres to tight tolerances, good materials and good quality control... As soon as you add "Clone" in there all that shit goes out the window.

You do got to admit JG is getting better, I cracked open the gear box and I have to admit some of the parts in their are as good if not better than TM or any other high end company. Well minus the tappet plate and piston which is made out of crap china grade polycarbonate... The gears are nice though.

I'm also wondering about the carry rail on the G&G. It comes off but is there a rail already on it or will I need to buy one separetaly?

I also saw on buyairsoft.ca that there is a advanced verion of the M4. It comes with a bunch of upgrades they say worth $200 for about $80 more.
