Canada Post services suspended nationwide

Check the tracking # on Canada Post. I got the same thing from the USPS site.
The Canada post site says that it's delayed.

Are they "rejected" and sent back to the US shipper or are they held at the border, etc?


edit: I just put the tracking info from USPS into Canada Post tracking and got this:

Might just be taking awhile to update their systems. There were probably a lot of frozen shipments that now have to work their way into the system.

I have two packages from different places that was out for delivery the day before the rotating strike started in Montreal.
I just hope the "redirected to new address" message is just a generic way of saying "I didn't feel like doing deliveries today since we're striking tomorrow anyways, and your item will be delivered at another time".
