systema hop rubber suck, buy the firefly
603 prom barrel is infinitely better than the systems POS barrels Don't ever modify anything by hand on a sniper rifle, this is supposed to be an incredibly accurate platform, not a machinegun |

^^^^^^^ I totally agree^^^^^^^^
Messing with your barrell with a dremel is not a good idea. It can leave even the smallest burrs and cut up your new hop up and completely change your hop up ajustment!!

Systema use to be top of the line.. but that was close to 2 years ago, they've since reduced their QC and are riding on past success rather than quality products

awwwww not only did you slap an AEG barrel on it, but you slapped a crap aeg barrel on it lol
Use the old hop system and put a laylax 6.03 on it! They're the best vsr barrels! |

ok Y are they crap..
its a fun word, this is crap that is crap.. but why? FYI saying its the quality control is a cop out.. I would ask, please show me something that proves it. I not being pissy, i see that satement but never a proper reason. With the Promethius barrel i had to run almost full hopup to hit 75 feet clean. With the systemA i can hit 75 with less then 25% hopup. to that end the system barrel carries the bb better. they both shoot straight, FYI i will likely put my Promethius on my 733. But a have the ability to change and when i head out this weekend, I will be doing range testing.. if the system blows at range, i'll drop in the pro. hahah testing vs talking hahaha ps i did try and find aa Laylax that would fit the stock assembly but the universe was sold out.. so i went the layalx hardware with the stock tm rubber and it seems quite solid & straight

Prometheus barrels are better, I've run systema and prometheus in my AEG's, prometheus always gets better range and accuracy.
And the laylax barrel in my VSR outperformed a PDI 6.01 And if your having hop issues with the prometheus barrel it's either because your using really bad ammo or you installed the hop rubber improperly. And the systema barrels are brass, the prometheus stainless steel barrels are much better for sniping as they hold they're shape better |

ahh there we go thank you Sir.
I agree the fact the pro barrel is steel will lead to less flex as the BB goes through it. when the hop up (Stock TM VSR) was set so high, I has assumed i put it in incorrectly, so I stripped the parts, made sure they were all shiney and pretty, re installed everthing and same same. My Pro May be damaged (bought used - was installed but never used hahah Maybe i know why now ) I'll have to get it looked at buy a pro gun doctor (bent barrel for instance hahah) ammo .20 Bio bastards, .25 Bastard Black DP, .28 Bastard White DP & .3 Bioval tested with all but again i do not have the ability for range testing. I talked to the Boss and I will be taking it to the shop tomorrow and will range in the warehouse after everyone goes home at 4 pm Thanks TC

Hopefully you have a big shop! Ours is about 200ft from my area to the front overhead door, and I was hitting the building across the parking lot (~250ft) according to google maps anyway

Alright we measured it out, it's about 210ft, give or take 10ft, from where I was shooting to the building, but that's the absolute max range of my sniper rifle, I don't think I could hit someone in less than 5 shots at that range lol
