Everything for CA M24. Some are APS-2 SV, some are specific.

The thing about the Echo1 is that is already comes with a very good setup and you really don't need to change anything until it breaks. It even has a 6.01 tightbore from factory.

If you were to buy a used $300 marui VSR-10, and put a 15$ spring, and $20 hop rubber into it, it would be the same if not better shot than a $200 clone VSR-10 with $300 worth of upgrades.

Alright that sounds like the way I'm going to go. I like the fact that it is just a little different then every other Vsr 10. I may try to look into upgrading the trigger box and maybe some of the internals cause I have heard of it having slam fire issues

Different is bad in the sniper world. The VSR-10 is a tried and trusted platform with proven results why look some where else?.

VSR's are boring, but really can't be beaten. However TM and Maruzen make crack L96 springers as well. There is also after market stocks as well. That way you can have the reliability of the TM with a more interesting body on it. If money is no issue you can buy and upgrade a GBB. Very few are sniper worthy, and parts are expensive. Usually a complete inner overhaul is required. Good examples are the WE M14 EBR. You can get a full upgrade kit from RA Tech. Tanaka makes a good gas sniper, but will need some reinforcing. But for reliability, cost, and usability TM springers can't be beat.

There was a guy with this super badass looking APS2 that was upgraded to the tits. It had a pretty cool body too. Pretty sure it was the Laylax PSS2 body from reference pics I can find.

Anyways, other than the APS2, VSR-10, and maybe the Tanaka M700 (I would love to get my hands on one but no money makes me or maybe a Marushin Garand... that's sexy but I'd be too scared to take it out to play with and would only keep it as a display piece)

The Ares intervention is interesting. With it's ability to switch from gas to spring. I hear it's pretty deadly upgraded. You know .....when it works. Probably better as a display piece.

I've been terribly fond of the APS2 system over any other, even the VSR. Mainly due to the sheer ruggedness that platform provides, along with the accuracy you can achieve with careful upgrades and the like.

Its heavy, though. A lot of people dislike that and considor it a 'con' of the rifle. But atleast I can take assurance of having a tumble with it, and not have to worry about it snapping in half.

Considering my VSR weighs about as much as a full metal pistol, I would say it's a disadvantage. Mainly because I switch back to my M249 the next game and it just feels way heavier lol

Okay so I think then it'll either be the Vsr 10 or the echo1 m28. Any thoughts?

If you're consider the Echo 1 M28, make sure you look at the SWS X28. Although the mags are awful.

Right, suggest an incredibly overpowered sniper rifle you can't use at any field out of the box? Lol.

The order of factors from most important to least:
1. Reliability
2. Accuracy
3. Ergonomics
4. Light-weight
5. Upgradability
6. Fps (just anything over 350 would be nice)
