Exactly, load it same as paying a bill with your online banking (takes two days to show up), or load it instantly at Money Mart.
http://www.mytitanium.ca/visa/english/index.html I don't know much about the VISA gift card things, doubt it's the same type of thing though, just because you actually get your name put on the card itself (printed text on it, to prevent it being used for paper impression use). |

well this one is not re loadable it says citizens bank of Canada on the back
I've used these before for instance at Technology Direct when I ordered my Puxing radio with no issue whatsoever .. Again in this case I find it strange he shipped me the Items & then emailed me that the card was declined ,...but he seems to be leaning towards having me argue it out with Visa ,...& Visa says to me ,that he must have an information mismatch somewhere that would give him that code , its just a strange situation to me & he just should not have shipped anything until he had the payment , So now Im in this awkward spot .... |

Fuck him. The card is good, and he shipped. Tough titty, he can sort it out.

If you have provided him with good information on the card and he can't get it to work, it's his problem.

If you used the card and is worth chucking in the garbage, why not offer to send him the card itself? Lol

He tried it again today & got the declined 200 code I called visa again & they say there is nothing wrong with the account & nothing wrong with the info I supplied ,..I can tell from his emails he is becoming more inpatient but I dont know what else to do,.. I have tried to resolve this , & even before I made the order I asked him if prepaid visa was ok , he said if it works like a normal visa he could take it ,...he ships my items , now tells me its declined & I can tell that sooner or later hes going to start pressing me for another payment method ,..which im really leery of because he has ALL the card info So I dont want to give him both Visa does seem to think the problem is with the merchant So i dunno what should happen here |

Spend the card on whatever you would normally buy on debit or with cash, (tank of gas for example) and send him an EMT with the money you saved.
You've satisfied the retailer, and you're not out any money (minus the EMT fee)

not your responsibility. you've done more than you should have by contacting VISA more than once to confirm your card is okay. he should be the one contacting VISA.

Send him the damned card, you did your end plus extras, with the card he can have ALL the info to be able to sort it out himself. At least if he has the card, he can't come after you for his own fuck ups, because he has all the info he needs to unfuck his situation. He may be thinking you gave him the wrong number or something, hence coming after you, so if you make a photocopy of the card with his name and address on it, then package it up and keep the receipt of sending, the entire everything is in his hands once he receives it (signature upon delivery required). He can do what he wants with it, your hands are clear due to your dealing with VISA themselves (get a record from them sent to you), and label his future emails as spam. Done. Once the card leaves your hands on the way to him, you've washed yours.
